1 p.m. hummus wrap

Lunch obsession of late. It’s so creamy and exciting to eat at 1 p.m. everyday. I am quite a serious creature of habit and eat the same meals for months at a time, before dropping completely.

Hummus wraps for lunch at 1 p.m.

some kind of healthy, hippie tortilla

[storebought] Sabre hummus*

pan cooked vegetables (zucchini and bell pepper or mushrooms and asparagus) I usually make this in batches, as it is the only part of this that requires any real effort.

BAM.

I pair this with homecooked chickpeas with a splash of lemon juice at the final moment.

1:00 p.m. is one of the nicer parts of my day now — funny because this was once a time I would grow lethargic.
