I love Oh, She Glows. It’s a wonderful place. I read about green breakfast smoothies there initially.
I have slowly upped my game, in terms of adventurous things I add. I’m not afraid of food, but it scared me a bit to add first, spinach, then flax seed, then carrots and cucumbers and, finally, CHERRY TOMATOES!
My current recipe:
TBS nut butter
heavy dash of cinnamon
10 or so frozen blueberries
5 cherry tomatoes
enough almond milk to get it all moving
