Recipe: Mushroom Broth

I’ve been eating lots of mushrooms lately and saving the stems.

It’s really inexplicable, really… But, I made mushroom broth from the saved stems.

It was maybe an Asian soup takeout container’s worth of mushrooms stems + half a Vidalia onion + 2 bay leaves + salt and pepper  + water to cover everything.

We’ll see how it tastes.
