I LOVE this recipe! I have a (for real) chef co-worker now, who continuously turns me onto new and awesome recipes.
Try this if you’re in the mood for something sweet, but not sinful.
- equal parts raw, unsalted cashews and water
- sprinkling of cinnamon
Process until smooth. Toast the cashews first, if you’re feeling like it.
Seriously. That’s it.
I like it with stone fruit, because peaches and plums are so delicious right now, but I bet anything would work.
Anything. Sandwiches, finger food, anything : )
