I made this after cooking all day. I wanted something yummy, but easy.
No excessive chopping, peeling, watching, worrying. . . Easy. Yummy. (Isn’t that my goal, always?!)
Frank’s Red Hot (vegan) Buffalo Hummus.
- 1 can of chickpeas (I saved the drained liquid, but only used about half.)
- 1 grated garlic clove
- salt and pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
- (A LOT) of hot sauce
Adjust to your tastes, of course. I like it hot! : )
It was delicious, satisfying and hot!!
