Make mushroom broth!
Boil mushroom stems with a halved Vidalia onion, a halved garlic bulb, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
Strain. Strain. Save yourself the $1.99 boxed broth with your own refuse.
Pour into an ice tray, to use later.
