I feel compelled to bring something impressive when I go to parties because I want people to see how delicious a vegan diet can be.
Seriously, I work harder on party food than I do on most dinners.
“BEING A VEGAN MEANS NEVER SAYING NO,” I want whatever I bring to scream.
So, I made some yummy marinated portobellos and buffalo cauliflower bites.
Make room, brisket!
- juice and zest of two lemons
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 TBS dijon mustard
- TBS apple cider vinegar
- TBS olive oil
- dash chili powder
- salt and pepper
Slather it on and throw them on the grill!
