Yummy Cauliflower Pizza

I have been meaning to make this for a long time, and finally did, when I accidentally double-bought cauliflower heads.

1 part buffalo bites and 1 part pizza!

Cauliflower Pizza Crust:

  • 3 cups cauliflower, pulsed to rice sized pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 4.5 flax eggs (1:2 ration of ground flax seed: hot water)
  • 4 TBS nutritional yeast
  • tea garlic salt
  • fresh basil
  • black pepper

Combine all ingredients and, using your hands, form into a shape of a pizza crust.

This dough doesn’t “roll out,” but I was very impressed with how pliable it was.

Remember to add an outer lip for the crust!

Bake cauliflower crust at 450 for 20 minutes on the bottom rack.

I topped with my homemade marinara, mushrooms, more basil and green garlic dressing.

Bake crust + toppings at 450 for 10 more minutes.

  • 1 medium Vidalia onion
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 sundried tomatoes
  • box (can/jar) chopped or diced tomatoes
  • fresh basil

Top with Green Garlic Dressing, any vegetables you have around or anything you like on pizza!
