I don’t love chocolate. (I hate anything that makes my fingers sticky.)
I was also nervous this was going to turn into fodder for one of those Pinterest fail memes.
But, these Chocolate Berry Bowls turned out very nicely at a recent wedding shower!
They were pretty and whimsical and a big hit even with the children present (sticky fingers included 🙂
Plus, I was able to add “blow up balloons” to my to-do list for work!
Blow up balloons to the size you want for your future bowls.
Melt chocolate, double boiler style.
Turn off heat and dunk balloon bottoms in chocolate, making sure the liquid has sufficiently bowl-like covered the balloon.
Place wet chocolate balloons on parchment paper lined plate and freeze overnight.
Chop fruit and place in yummy bowls, just in time for the party!
