This is, as the title, reflects, both easy and delicious 🙂
I used this recipe two ways over the weekend: granola bar with fruit glaze and sweet “pizza” pie base. Versatile, too!
1 cup rolled oats
1 mashed banana
handful of chia seeds
scattering of cinnamon
drizzle of maple syrup
Mash the banana. Mix in oats and chia seeds. Top with maple syrup and salt and mix.
Form into a square shape, whatever thickness you like, and bake at 350 15 minutes.
Squeeze of lemon
Splash of agave
Mix in food processor and spread on baked granola base before serving.
Sweet granola pizza pie
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Pinch of salt
smattering of cinnamon
Handful of chia seeds
1/4 vanilla soy yogurt
Bake the granola base, as above, and top with a thin layer of yogurt and any chopped fruit you like.
