Recipe: Hacked Whole Foods Mock Chicken Salad Recipe

Soooooooooooooooooo deeeeellllllliiiiiiiiiccccccccciiiiiiioooooooouuuuuussssss.

I’ll never tell chicken salad recipe:

Homemade seitan or 1 package DELIGHT Soy Nuggets (Whole Foods)

Veganaise, to your liking

Finely chopped celery stalk

Finely chopped green onion

Dash of turmeric

Dash of Tamari soy sauce

Finely chop half the soy nuggets and pulse remaining in a food processor, for a mix of two textures.

Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Refrigerate and serve chilled.
