I saw this recipe last night on Naturally Meghan’s yummy blog and couldn’t believe how easy and delicious it was!
1 medium carrot, grated
2/3 cups oats
1 cup milk (I used almond.)
TBS dried cherries
1/2 TBS cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Mix, top with fruit and chill overnight.
There was something really sinful about the combo of carrots and cinnamon. Seriously! Try it!
