I won’t even talk about what I did to myself this weekend, but it wasn’t pretty. Two days of music, booze, and late, late nights. I’ll just leave this here as the aftermath.
I noticed there was more brown rice than could fit in the glass jar I keep it in. So, I raided last week’s vegetables and, voila! Brown rice noodle bowl!
I used the last of the broccoli and cauliflower, some leftover tofu, fresh asparagus, couple of the new mushrooms plus a big handful of basil and cilantro. I added spinach to the rice just as it was finishing and added a big pour of some homemade teriyaki.
