Vegan cheese is here, pasta lovers!

This is the greatest thing to happen to me in 2018. THIS CHEESE.

Here’s the deal:

2 raw carrots (or a couple handful of baby)

1 medium potato, cut into big cubes

1 garlic clove

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 cup soaked cashews

1 cup+ reserved boiling water

Salt and pepper

Dash Frank’s Red Hot sauce

Boil the potato and carrots until fork tender – about five minutes after rapid boil.

Reserve boiling water.

Blend all remaining ingredients and add reserved water until you get your fave consistency.

And OMG, enjoy on EVERYTHING!! 🙂
